01
The brief
Amman Rotana refreshes its outlets' menus on a regular cycle. Gusto is the Italian dining room, and the new menu needed a fresh library that fit the existing social grid. We are the retainer team, so the brief was a familiar one. Capture the dishes, match the tone, ship the deck.

02
The look
Daylight where the room allowed it, supplemented with soft fill. Tight on the plates, with the table dressed minimally so the focus stayed on what the kitchen team put down. Pasta, glassware, citrus, board service. Standard Italian dining vocabulary, restrained styling.

03
The day
One day on the floor. Kitchen team plated in batches, we shot in order, the floor manager kept the space clear so nothing on set read like a restaurant in mid service.

04
Where it ran
Amman Rotana's social grid for Gusto. Quiet but consistent. The point of a retainer is the cumulative discipline, not any single asset.
